When will my order arrive?
Shipping is always free and tracked. Delivery typically takes 6–9 business days from order. You'll get a tracking number by email.
Are there any customs or import fees?
No. All duties and import fees are prepaid, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Sales tax, where applicable, is shown at checkout.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by December 10 and it should arrive with time to spare. See Shipping & Delivery.
How do I pay?

Can I return an item?

How are the lights powered?
Our lighting products run on USB (5V). Use any standard USB charger, a computer or a power bank. Always follow the included instructions and recycle electronics responsibly.
Does the diffuser need oil?
Fill with water and add a few drops of any water-soluble essential oil. Oil is not included.
