1. About us
The Winterglow online store is operated by Eddie Korial (sole proprietorship), Opphemsgatan 4, 582 24 Linköping, Sweden. VAT no. SE040420341601. Email: eddie.inatem@outlook.com.

2. Orders
You must be at least 18 to place an order. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example in case of pricing errors, sold-out items or suspected fraud. If you have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout. Shipping is free. Payment is made with the methods shown at checkout.

4. Shipping
Products ship directly from our supplier. Delivery typically takes 6–9 business days. All duties and import fees are prepaid (DDP), so nothing extra is due on delivery. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. If a delivery is delayed we will let you know; if the delay is significant you may cancel the order.

5. Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

6. Damaged or faulty items
If an item is damaged or faulty, contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the problem and we will replace or refund it.

7. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes
Contact us first and we'll work it out together. These terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your state.

9. Changes
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
