Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states – always with free, tracked shipping. Orders ship directly from our supplier's warehouse. Delivery typically takes 6–9 business days. All duties and import fees are prepaid (DDP), so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery; sales tax, where applicable, is shown at checkout. Holiday delivery: order by December 10 to arrive with time to spare. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
