Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. That's why you have 30 days to return any item.

How to return

• Contact us via the contact page within 30 days of receiving your item and include your order number.
• We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
• Send the item back in essentially the same condition you received it. You're welcome to inspect it as you would in a store.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Refunds
We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that it has been shipped). The refund goes back to the payment method you used.

Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or doesn't work, send us a photo via the contact page and we'll ship a replacement or refund you – at no cost to you.

This does not affect your rights under applicable law.
